Foods Which Keep Your Teeth Healthy

There are multiple factors which can help us keep our teeth healthy for a longer time. One of the best recommendations is to go regularly to the dentist for a check-up, even if we don’t feel any discomfort. Another important aspect is a strict oral hygiene. The food leftovers which remain on our teeth are digested by bacteria which produce acids that dissolve the enamel surface of the teeth, leading to holes called cavities or caries.
